Luca agrees with us... better search before in the FHC's Civil Records Microfilm about Belpasso..... Sure it will be less expensive than request the original acts!

From FHC site we know that the Belpasso's Registri dello stato civile, 1820-1929 are in Italian, so it will be easier (I hope Wink

) for us to translate.....

In red are the films I think she should order to cover the years of the 12 children we know about. There is actually suppose to be 17 kids. I don't know the full range of years.

Some of these films years overlap or seem to be the same, I'm not sure what the difference is or what the difference would be. So Livio, Luca, Laura what do you think for films? What would your choices be?

Just to let you know I had ordered this film and it needed to go back because I could not read the rest of the marriage documents on it. Shocked

Hopefully the film they send back to me will be clearer to read. Isn't there a film that will have the rest of the children that are earlier, on it? Sad

Hi Rita

This film only covered 1887-1893 for civil birth acts. I believe some of the children would have been born in the early 1870's..........so this film would not have those births on it.

I posted all the films (as you can see) so Livio, Luca and Laura can give an opinion as to which one or ones to order so you get the maximum information.

Do you have any idea as to the ages of the other 5 children not listed? Would they be older then Vito and Domenica (born in early 1870's). Or maybe born in the USA (younger than Anna). Try to let everyone here know so when they look they can give you an idea of which film(s) will be needed.

Domenica was estimated to be born in 1875 from the ship manifest Sept 29,1904, (age 29)traveling with her husband Salvatore Motta,& daughter Anna,lines 22,23,24.
Vito was estimated to be born in 1880 from the ship manifest March 17,1910 (age 30) Also US Census of 1930 April 4th Vito age 50 ,Rosaria 44, Joseph 12,and Sebastian(Ben) age 9. (Angela Delucca~is Rosaria's mother died before the 1930's census. I do believe Anna was the last child and none were born in America.
So far I know I have Agata and Salvatore's Civil Registration Does the Civil Registration say where he was married to Agata(Augostina) Deluca?
I've noticed something I'd like to bring to your attention. When Lucia Proietto was married to Giuseppe she was younger than him on the marriage document. How come some documents say she is older? Shocked
