Finally I have received the documents of my great grandparents from Ardore that I sent for in December...

Can I get some help with translating them so I don't miss anything?

Read this act to all persons here, who declare that they are not able to sign it and (this act) is undersigned by me.

This is great. My great grandfather was the one who registered my other great grandfathers birth.

Nuccia, the two images are the same.

It is a "promessa di Matrimonio", promise of marriage, done on 1847, Aug 6th, by Domenico Andriano son of the late Giovanni and Concetta Zappavigna and by Rosa Chiricosta daughter of Domenico and Caterina(?) Morabito.

On the right side it say that he marriage was celebrated on August 14th

He also stated to name the baby Rosa.

The declaration has been done with the presence of Antonio Floccari (?), 56 years old, laborer, domiciled in Ardore, as witness of this ct, and presented by Santo (?) Chiricosa.

I give up. Cannot read most of things. Confused

Ed il capitolo sesto ecc. ecc.
Di tutto ciò ne abbiamo formato il presente atto in presenza dei quattro testimoni intervenuti alla solenne promessa, cioè Vincenzo Minniti di anni 27 di professione sartore regnicolo, domiciliato in Ardore, Francesco Rulli di anni 43 di professione bettoliere regnicolo, domiciliato in Ardore, Domenico xxx di anni 24 di professione propirtario regnicolo, domiciliato in Ardore, e Giuseppe Liti di anni 40 di professione bracciale regnicolo, domiciliato in Ardore.

Leonardo ci ha restituito nel di 18 del mese di Luglio anno 1826 il documento(!) che noi gli abbiamo trasmesso nel giorno 17 del mese sudetto anno 1826 del controscritto atto di nascita, in pié del quale à [ha] indicato che il Sagramento del battesimo è stato amministrato alla contronotata neonata nel giorno 17 detto mese ecc. ecc.
