Believing my ancestral names are unique was a mistake, for I find that Veschi and Bertoli are not.
Still, I hope this site will provide some morsel of information about my paternal grandparents, who both were from the Province of Massa Carrara (likely Agnino di Fivizzanno). I have hit a wall, and this is only on one side of my lineage. The maternal side is an even greater conundrum, with the same surname of both sides. YIKES!!
But one thing at a time.
I would be most grateful for any bit of information anyone might have.
