I need to know what a "Registro della Pubblicazione" section which was located after that year's (1892) pubblicazione's is exactly. I think this section is for pubblicazione's or marriages that were done in another town. Perhaps the marriage took place in another town and since the couple were living as man and wife in Montalto Uffugo they had to show their pubblicazione and marriage document to prove they were married? Does anyone know? I found my Garrafa cousin's (in Argentina, remember?) great grandparent's record (on her grandmother's side) in the registro and am trying to figure it out. I want to know what to tell her. Her great grandmother, it turns out was born in Marano Marchesato a nearby comune. I think they got married there and reported it in Montalto Uffugo. I know they lived in Montalto and had their daughter there 3 years later. Here is the record:
