Giovanni LaBarbera Birth Record -Please translate

The date of this Sebastiana Gargano does not match the age written on Gaetano's birth record. According to Gaetano's birth record, Sebastiana should have been born around 1851. I searched the birth records for Bagheria today from Feb 1850 to Feb 1852 and no Sebastiana Gargano.

Thoughts???

I noticed Giovanni last name on the birth record was spelled slightly different, LaBarbiera, I wonder if this is significant???

Baptized on 1848, Dec 21.

Grazie Luca and Livio, I copied the record from the 1843-1845 microfilm, is there ANY chance the birth year could be something other than "48" ???

The baby would have been baptised within days of birth.
