was funny in a strange sort of way....and I did learn a few new 'cuss words' from a certain lady who shall remain nameless

But 'The Boss' is right - it was unbelievable. I don't know
where they teach these people about 'customer service' - but perhaps the company should consider asking for a refund from the charm school that trained them
If the guys that Nuccia was dealing with had ever worked for me and treated their customers like that they would have been out of the door so fast their feet wouldn't have touched the ground...
But it wasn't only
THAT which caused us, (well Nuccia actually - I was too embarrassed), to 'fall about laughing'. But I'll put that on another thread for you to enjoy!
