Angelo (not Antonio) lives in the house of the mentioned (maybe in the previous page) Antonio Saulini (or Sacchini) and pays to him 25 carlini every year.
Angelo has a land in a place called La Vigna della Corte near Giuseppe Maddalena and Giuseppe Corno(!), with vines, fig-trees, trees fruit; this land yelds (gives a profit of?) 15 carlini per year, but it's burden with a tax of 10 carlini in favour of the Camera Ducale of Montalto. So Angelo is considered to have a value of 5 once from this land and 12 once from his work: for this "income" he must pay once 3 and carlini 1 (one is written in letters, but in numbers it appears to be 10!).
I'm not able to decipher how is obtained the result (13 once and 20 carlini).
