Hi All!

Does anyone know the ports ancestors from Trento/Trentino left Italy from in the 1860's to go to Australia and New Zealand.
Do any emigration records exist anywhere?!!
My great grandfather Giovanni Cristina was among the first Italians(Austrians) to come to New Zealand to mine for gold in the South Island of New Zealand in 1868ish.All Christini's in NZ are his descendants!!
My g.grandfathers father ( the family are from Trento,exactly where unknown at this stage )was a boatbuilder.
