Can someone tell me what this says? Not a literal translation. Just a brief idea. Thanks.

"The last administrators of this church, in 1800, where don Macario Di Pirro and don Domenico Pandolfi; after them, despite Angelantonio Gentile's directions, the administrators where laic.
According to the report prepared by Bishop De Giacomo, the altar of this church was supposed to be ornated with flowers, the crucifix altar was supposed to have a new table ant the roof had to be fixed. The four chaplains belonged to the families Pandolfi, Trella, Scaccia e Ciolli.
The report prepared by Bishop De Dominicis was stating, instead, that the church was 'well established', (year 1889)."
