I know its a lot to ask but I'd be very grateful if someone could translate the following letters into Italian for me.

Dear Sir or Madam

My name is -----------------. My grandfather, Mario Zucchini, was taken prisoner of war in ___?___ in a farm on the Isle of Wight in England during World War II.
During this time, while they were both working on the farms, Mario with my grandmother( ----------------) had a baby son (my father) (She lived in Carisbrooke so I'm sure he probably worked at one of the farms in or near Carisbrooke.)
He left England in ___?___ to go back to Italy. My grandmother did receive some letters from him after he returned to Italy and it is thought they were written from the town of Pontinia.

My father, who is quite old now, has expressed a wish to find more information about his father. For this reason I have started searching hoping to find someone who might be related to Mario Zucchini or may know something about him after he returned to Italy.

If you think you can help in any way I would be very grateful for any information about Mario (or his family/relations) so I can fulfill my father wishes before he dies.

I sincerely pray that you will answer my letter even if you have no information to give me.

Thanking you in anticipation

(I have enclosed a photograph of Mario and one of my father and his family.
Also enclosed is a self addressed envelope and an International Reply coupon which can be used to cover the return postage)

-------------------------------
2nd letter to be sent to the Italian Ministry of Defense

Gentile Signore o Signora

Grazie in anticipo

Ringrazio anticipatamente
